Your Mediterranean journey begins in beautiful Barcelona. After boarding the Norwegian Epic, settle into your stateroom, explore the ship, and enjoy your first evening at sea as you sail away from Spain’s vibrant coastline.
Day 2 – Monday, October 18, 2027
Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Wake up in the stunning Balearic Islands. Palma de Mallorca offers a perfect mix of history, beaches, and culture. Visit the famous cathedral, stroll through charming old-town streets, relax along the waterfront, or enjoy a beach day in this sunny island paradise.
Day 3 – Tuesday, October 19, 2027
Day at Sea
Enjoy a full day at sea to unwind and experience everything the Norwegian Epic has to offer. Lounge by the pool, indulge in spa treatments, enjoy world-class dining, catch a show, or simply relax as you cruise across the Mediterranean.

La Goulette (Tunis), Tunisia
Today brings a truly unique destination as you arrive in Tunisia. Explore the ancient ruins of Carthage, wander colorful local markets, or take in the rich culture and history of North Africa just outside the city of Tunis.

Valletta, Malta
Step into one of the most historic ports in the Mediterranean. Valletta is known for its fortified walls, grand cathedrals, and stunning harbor views. Walk through centuries-old streets, visit UNESCO-listed landmarks, or enjoy the island’s seaside charm.

Palermo, Sicily, Italy
Welcome to Sicily. Palermo blends rich history, beautiful architecture, and incredible food. Explore ancient cathedrals, lively markets, coastal scenery, or simply enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine and culture.
Day 7 – Saturday, October 23, 2027
Naples, Italy
Naples is your gateway to some of Italy’s most famous sights. Visit the ruins of Pompeii or Herculaneum, explore the stunning Amalfi Coast, tour the island of Capri, or dive into the birthplace of authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Day 8 – Sunday, October 24, 2027
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy – Arrival & Disembarkation
The cruise concludes this morning in Civitavecchia, the port for Rome. After disembarking, guests can head home or extend their adventure by exploring Rome’s iconic landmarks, ancient ruins, museums, and world-famous cuisine.
Day One - Barcelona, Spain - Embark 5:00 PM
The capital of Catalonia, and one of its provinces, Barcelona, is a place of palpable history, where you can lose yourself strolling down the medieval streets of the Barri Gotic. It's a city designed to delight the senses: visit other-worldly Modernista churches like Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia, or treat yourself at a street-side cafe to Patatas Bravas or a Passion Fruit Mojito. Day Two - Majorca, Spain - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On the one hand, this city, founded by the Romans some 2,100 years ago, is replete with (literally) wall-to-wall history and architectural splendor. You can journey back in time and wander the mazes of alleyways and cobblestone paths that surround the Gothic cathedral. Day Three - At Sea Cruising
Cruisers of all ages enjoy Norwegian Epic®, from the Aqua Park to the towering Climbing Wall to multiple, delicious dining destinations. Enjoy a sunset cocktail at Shaker's Martini & Champagne Bar, then dive into delicious pasta at our chic Italian eatery, La Cucina. Take a break at Mandara Spa®, or enjoy grown-up time at Posh Beach Club and Spice H2O - an oasis by day and party by night.
Day Four - La Goulette, Tunisia - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The winding alleys and souks invite you to meander through Tunis’ opulent, historic medina. Visit the Bardo Museum, with its spectacular Roman mosaics, or take a detour to the lovely whitewashed village of Sidi Bou Saïd, perched on a cliff above the sea. The village is a lovely collection of cobbled streets, flower-filled courtyards and shops brimming with artisan jewelry, caftans, inlaid boxes and more. Gourmets will want to try the local spicy lamb dishes.
Day Five - Valletta, Malta - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Although somewhat scarred by World War II, Valletta prides itself on its magnificent Baroque palaces, piazzas, gardens and churches. The Magisterial Palace, built between 1571 and 1574, now houses the Maltese Parliament and offices of the President of Malta.
Day Six - Palermo (Sicily), Italy - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Become enchanted with Palermo's unique mix of Romanesque, Arab, Norman, and Byzantine monuments, which represent the city's historic past. All of these cultural influences are represented in the magnificent Palermo Cathedral, which houses the jewel collection of the Sicily Kings. And no visit to Palermo would be complete without experiencing one of the city’s outdoor markets, which vibrate with the energy of this unique city.
Day Seven - Naples, Italy - 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Cruise to Naples, located on Italy's stunning Amalfi coast, a city rich in history. A tour around Naples' grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old center will take you back centuries. Day Eight - Rome, Italy - Debark 7:00 AM
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art, and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments, and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe.
