Clients who have previously traveled with The Cool Panda are welcome to use our air-only booking services as a standalone offering.

Payment Processing Notice
The Cool Panda uses our host agency’s authorized payment processing system through Outside Agents. Your statement may show PAYPAL *TRAVEL AGENT or a PayPal receipt showing payment to Outside Agents.
Our Airfare Booking Process
We make the process clear, organized, and easy to follow from your first request through ticket confirmation.
Pay The Service Fee
A $25.00 non-refundable service fee per airline ticket is paid before we begin researching flights.
Provide Travel Details
We collect traveler names, airports, travel dates, preferred times, airline preferences, baggage needs, TSA numbers, and passport details if needed.
We Research Options
We review airline choices, schedules, connection times, nonstop options, cabin classes, baggage rules, and fare types.
You Select Flights
We send flight options for you to review. You choose the itinerary that works best for your schedule, budget, and comfort.
Invoice For Airfare
Once you approve your flights, we create an invoice. Airline prices are not guaranteed until payment is received and tickets are issued.
Tickets Are Issued
Once payment is received, we issue your airline tickets and send your flight confirmation and itinerary details.
